Moving Forward: Our Album Artwork

After showing each other our album artworks, and giving each other feedback, we came to a consensus on the album artwork we would be using, Anastasia's artwork (shown below). We thought that this was the best album artwork as it fit the conventions of our genre most appropriately. In addition to this, we thought it was the most visually appealing and aesthetically pleasing artwork. 

One aspect that made this artwork seem the most appropriate was the connection it had with the music video. All panels have a link to the video, unlike some of our other artworks and so was chosen. For example, the back panel is using one of the props we use in one of the sets of our music video and shows our artist looking at the camera; at the fan.

The second panel that aptly links to our music video is the inside left panel. This shows two hands touching. This is a link to our second element, of our two dancers that slowly touch more and more and the music video progresses.
